Tamara, an Indo-Chinese tiger, was discovered as a young cub confined to a tiny barren cage. She is believed to have originally been rescued from a circus. Tamara taken to Cambodian Phnom Tamoa Wildlife Rescue Centre suffering from a wide range of behavioural problems. She is now estimated to be around nine years old and staff at the centre report that under their care she has developed into a very relaxed tigress who enjoys nothing better than taking a dip in the pool before resting in the shade of a tree.
